DYNAMITE PRAWNS - How to make Dynamite Prawns

Ingredients:
- Prawns/Shrimp - 1 kg
 
For coating and frying:
- All purpose flour/Maida - 1 cup
 - Corn flour - 1 cup
 - Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
 - Egg - 1
 - Red Chilli powder - 2 tablespoons
 - Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
 - Black Pepper - 2 teaspoon
 - Mixed Herbs - 1 tesapoon
 - Bread crumbs - 1 cup
 - Salt - As needed
 - Oil - For frying
 
For Sauce:
- Mayonaisse - 1/2 cup
 - Red chilli sauce - 4 tablespoons
 
Method:
- Clean and Devein the Prawns and let it soak in salt+turmeric water for 1/2 hour.
 - To marinate the prawns, add the prwans, black pepper(1 teaspoon), red chilli powder, garlic powder(1/2 tablespoon), Soyasauce,Egg and Salt.
 - Mix them well and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.
 - Mix Maida, Corn flour, Black pepper and salt in a water. Add Mixed herbs and garlic powder in Breadcrums and mix them well.
 - Dip the Prawns in the flour slurry and coat it well in Breadcrumbs.
 - Heat the oil and fry the prawns till it gets cooked.
 - Mix Mayonaisse and Redchillisauce together and add the fried prawns in it.
 - Mix them well, till all the prawns coated.
