TANDOORI GOBI - How to cook Tandoori Gobi without oven.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower - 1
  • Oil - As needed
  • Chat masala - To sprinkle
  • Lime juice - To sprinkle


Marination:

  • Hung curd - 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1.5 teaspoon
  • Chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Tandoori masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - As needed
  • Kasuri methi - 2 teaspoon crushed


Method:

  1. Break the cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Boil the water and add crystal salt.
  3. Turn off the stove and add the cauliflower pieces.
  4. Keep them for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix everything for marination and add the cauliflower pieces.
  6. Refrigerate it for about 2-3 hrs.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan and spread the marinated gobi.
  8. Roast on all sides, till they turn golden brown.
  9. Insert the cauliflower pieces into a skewer, and show into the direct gas flame.
  10. Keep it till it roasts, and brush some oil in between.
  11. After some time, remove it from the flame and platter it.
