CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP RECIPE - How to make Creamy Mushroom soup

Ingredients:

  • Mushroom - 10 pieces
  • Onion - 1 large
  • Garlic - 5 pods
  • Cheese - 2 cubes grated
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Maida/All purpose flour - 2 tablespoon
  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Pepper - 2 teaspoon
  • Salt - As needed

Method:

  1. Heat a pan and melt the butter.
  2. Add the garlic and onion, sautè them for a minute.
  3. Now, add the mushroom and fry them till it oozes out water.
  4. Fry the mushrooms till the water dries up in the pan and add Maida.
  5. Sautè them in a low flame, till the raw smell of the flour goes away.
  6. Add one cup of water and stir them well.
  7. Once the water starts to boil up, add the milk and mix it well.
  8. Now, add the Salt and Pepper.
  9. When the milk starts to froth and raise, lower the flame and stir them till it get thickens.
  10. Once the soup, starts to thickens, add the cream and mix it well.
  11. Simmer the flame for 2 more minutes and turn it off.
  12. Garnish with some coriander and mushrooms sautèd in butter.

Note: Milk and cream should be in room temperature while adding.
