CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP RECIPE - How to make Creamy Mushroom soup
Servings: 2 people

Ingredients:
- Mushroom - 10 pieces
 - Onion - 1 large
 - Garlic - 5 pods
 - Cheese - 2 cubes grated
 - Milk - 1 cup
 - Maida/All purpose flour - 2 tablespoon
 - Cream - 1/2 cup
 - Butter - 2 tablespoon
 - Pepper - 2 teaspoon
 - Salt - As needed
 
Method:
- Heat a pan and melt the butter.
 - Add the garlic and onion, sautè them for a minute.
 - Now, add the mushroom and fry them till it oozes out water.
 - Fry the mushrooms till the water dries up in the pan and add Maida.
 - Sautè them in a low flame, till the raw smell of the flour goes away.
 - Add one cup of water and stir them well.
 - Once the water starts to boil up, add the milk and mix it well.
 - Now, add the Salt and Pepper.
 - When the milk starts to froth and raise, lower the flame and stir them till it get thickens.
 - Once the soup, starts to thickens, add the cream and mix it well.
 - Simmer the flame for 2 more minutes and turn it off.
 - Garnish with some coriander and mushrooms sautèd in butter.
 
Note: Milk and cream should be in room temperature while adding.
