Ingredients:
- Paneer - 200 gms
 - Onion - 1 thinly sliced
 - Tomato - 2 sliced
 - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
 - Cashews - 10
 - Cinnamon - 1
 - Cloves - 2
 - Cardamom - 2
 - Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
 - Kasmiri Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
 - Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Kasuri Methi - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Butter - 3 tablespoon
 - Cream - 3 tablespoon
 - Salt - As needed
 - Coriander - To garnish
 
Method:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter, and add Cinnamon,cloves and cardamom.
 - Add the onions and sautè them till it turns transparent.
 - Add the ginger garlic paste, and fry till the raw smell goes off.
 - Now, add tomatoes, and cook them till it turns mushy.
 - Add the cashew nuts and fry them for 2 minutes.
 - Turn off the stove, and cool the mixture.
 - Blend them into a lump free paste.
 - Heat a pan, and add the butter.
 - When the butter is melted, add the grinded mixture.
 - Add the turmeric powder, Kasmiri Red chilli powder and Garam masala.
 - When the mixture gets cooked, add the cubed Paneer pieces.
 - Now, add the hand crushed Kasuri methi and 2 tablespoons of cream.
 - Turn off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
