EGG KOTHU CHAPATHI - How to make Egg Kothu Chapathi

Ingredients:

  • Chapathi - 5 chopped into small pieces
  • Egg - 3
  • Onion - 1 chopped 
  • Tomato - 2 chopped
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - As needed
  • Chicken Kuruma - 1 cup
  • Oil - As needed


Method:

  1. Heat a kadai, and add some oil.
  2. Add the chopped onion and fry them till they turn transluscent. 
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste, and sauteè them till the raw smell goes off.
  4. After that, add the slited green chillies and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Cook them till it turns mushy, and add turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, Garam masala and Salt.
  6. Now add the eggs and keep the flame low.
  7. Stir the kadai, without break, until the egg gets completely cooked.
  8. Now, add the chapathi pieces and turn around them, till the masala coats.
  9. Add the Chicken Kuruma, till it coats on every pieces.
