EGG BHURJI - How to cook Egg bhurji/Anda Bhurji

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 4
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Tomato - 2 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pav bhaji masala - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Coriander - chopped 
  • Oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt - As needed


Method:

  1. Heat a kadai, and the oil.
  2. When oil is heated enough, add the onions and fry them, till they turn transluscent.
  3. After that, add the ginger garlic paste, and sautè them till the raw smell goes off.
  4. Now, add the tomatoes, and stir them, till it turns mushy.
  5. Add the turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala and salt.
  6. Stir them, till the oil oozes out.
  7. Now, break the eggs and keep the flame low.
  8. Fry them, till the eggs are completely cooked.
  9. Turn off the stove, and garnish with coriander leaves.
