Ingredients:
- Egg - 4
 - Onion - 1 chopped
 - Tomato - 2 chopped
 - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
 - Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon
 - Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
 - Pav bhaji masala - 1/2 tablespoon
 - Coriander - chopped
 - Oil - 3 tablespoon
 - Salt - As needed
 
Method:
- Heat a kadai, and the oil.
 - When oil is heated enough, add the onions and fry them, till they turn transluscent.
 - After that, add the ginger garlic paste, and sautè them till the raw smell goes off.
 - Now, add the tomatoes, and stir them, till it turns mushy.
 - Add the turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala and salt.
 - Stir them, till the oil oozes out.
 - Now, break the eggs and keep the flame low.
 - Fry them, till the eggs are completely cooked.
 - Turn off the stove, and garnish with coriander leaves.
