Ingredients:
- Rice - 1 cup (Soaked for atleast 20mins)
 - Onion - 1 thinly sliced
 - Tomato - 2 Chopped
 - Green chilly - 2
 - Coriander - a handful
 - Mint leaves - a handful
 - Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
 - Carrot(big) - 1 chopped
 - Beans - 6 chopped
 - Green peas - 6
 - Curd - 2 tablespoon
 - Oil - 2 tablespoon
 - Ghee - 2 tablespoon
 - Water - 1.4 cup
 - Lime juice - As needed

- Bayleaf - 1
 - Cinnamon - a small stick
 - Cloves - 3 nos.
 - Cardamom - 2 nos.
 - Staranise - 1
 - Shahi jeera - 1 teaspoon
 - Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
 - Red chilly powder - 3 teaspoon
 - Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
 - Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
 - Salt - As needed
 
Method:
- First, to prepare the rice, soak them for atleast 20 minutes.
 - Add Oil+Ghee in a Pressure cooker.
 - Then, add the whole spices Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Star anise, Shahi jeera and Bayleaf.
 - After a minute, put the sliced onions and fry them till they turn transluscent.
 - Add Ginger-garlic paste and sautè them till the raw smell goes off.
 - Now, add the chopped tomatoes and fry them till they turn into mushy.
 - Add all the chopped vegetables and cook them for 5 minutes.
 - Mix all the spice powders in the curd, whisk them well and add it into the cooker.
 - Sautè them, for about 5 minutes and add the water and chopped Coriander and Mint leaves.
 - When the water begins to boil, add the soaked rice.
 - Check for salt and sourness, if needed add lime juice.
 - Close the lid, and pressure cook it for about 1 whistle, on a medium flame.
 - Turn off the stove, and wait till the pressure goes down.
 - After that, open the lid and mix up using fork.
