Ingredients:
- Macroni - 2 cups
 - Onion - 1 chopped
 - Tomato - 2 chopped
 - Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
 - Curry leaves - few sprigs
 - Carrot - 1 finely chopped
 - Beans - 2 finely chopped
 - Green peas - 4/5
 - Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
 - Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
 - Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
 - Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
 - Oil - 1 tablespoon
 - Salt - As needed
 
Method:
- Boil the water and add the salt and oil.
 - Add the Macroni and cook it for 10 minutes.
 - Strain the water and rinse it with cold water.
 - Heat the oil in a pan.
 - Add the onion, ginger garlic paste and Curry leaves.
 - Add the vegetables and cook them well.
 - Add the tomatoes.
 - Cook them well, till tomatoes turn into mushy.
 - Now add Turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala and Salt.
 - Sautè it well and add the cooked pasta.
 - Stir them, till masala coats.
 - Turn off the flame, and plate it.
