MASALA MACRONI - How to cook Masala Macroni

Ingredients:

  • Macroni - 2 cups
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Tomato - 2 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - few sprigs
  • Carrot - 1 finely chopped
  • Beans - 2 finely chopped
  • Green peas - 4/5
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - As needed


Method:

  1. Boil the water and add the salt and oil.
  2. Add the Macroni and cook it for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the water and rinse it with cold water.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan.
  5. Add the onion, ginger garlic paste and Curry leaves.
  6. Add the vegetables and cook them well.
  7. Add the tomatoes.
  8. Cook them well, till tomatoes turn into mushy.
  9. Now add Turmeric powder, Red chilly powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala and Salt.
  10. Sautè it well and add the cooked pasta.
  11. Stir them, till masala coats.
  12. Turn off the flame, and plate it.
