Ingredients:
- Idli - 6 pieces
 - Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
 - Green chilly - 3 chopped
 - Curry leaves - 3/4 sprigs
 - Mustard - 1 teaspoon
 - Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
 - Chana dal - 1 teaspoon
 - Onion - 1 cup chopped
 - Salt - As needed
 - Oil - 2 tablespoon
 - Coriander - To garnish
 
Method:
- Heat a pan and add the oil.
 - Splutter the mustard seeds and urad dal.
 - Add the onion, green chilly and curry leaves.
 - Fry them till onion turns into transparent.
 - Then add the turmeric powder and salt.
 - Mash the idli and add them.
 - Fry them till the masala coats.
 - Turn off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves.
