Ingredients:
- Cinnamon - 6 to 8 pieces
 - Cloves - 2 tablespoons
 - Black Cardamom - 2 to 4 seeds
 - Green Cardamom - 2 tablespoons
 - Pepper corns - 1 tablespoon
 - Coriander seeds - 1/2 cup
 - Fennel seeds/Saunf - 1 tablespoon
 - Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1/4 cup
 - Mace/Javitri - 3 strands
 - Star anise - 1
 - Nutmeg - 1 small piece
 
Method:
- Pick and remove the stones from all the spices.
 - Roast all the spices in a low-flame except Coriander seeds, Saunf and Cumin seeds
 - Fry them till aroma arises and turning into golden brown.
 - Now, roast Coriander seeds, till aroma begins.
 - Transfer it to a plate, and roast Saunf and Cumin seeds.
 - Now, blend all the spices and powder it finely.
 - Sieve the powder twice and store it in a sun dried glass jar.
 - Use the Coarse debris for Masala tea.
