Ingredients:
- Beetroot - 1
 - Onion - 1
 - Tomato - 2
 - Vegetable stew - 2 cup
 - Green chilly - 1
 - Coriander leaves - a small bunch
 - Garlic - 2 pods
 - Curry leaves - 5/6 sprigs
 - Ginger - a small piece
 - Pepper pods- 1/2 teaspoon
 - Saunf - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Butter / Ghee - 2 tablespoon
 - Salt - As needed
 - Spring onion - To garnish
 
- Peel out the skin from Beetroot.
 - Cut the Beetroot, Onion and Tomato into thin Juliennes.
 - Squash the Ginger, Garlic, Green chilly,Coriander and Curryleaves.
 - Heat a cooker, and melt the Butter/Ghee.
 - Add the saunf and squashed things. Sautè for a minute.
 - Then add Beetroot, Onion and Tomato and fry it for 5 minutes.
 - Add the stew and salt.
 - Pressure cook them and grind into a smooth paste.
 - Sprinkle some Beetroot cubes and Spring onion.
