Ingredients:
- Moong dal - 1/4 cup
 - Black Urad dal - 1/4 cup
 - Chana dal - 1/4 cup
 - Toor dal - 1/4 cup
 - Horse gram - 1/4 cup
 - Soya - 1/4 cup
 - White corn - 1/4 cup
 - Raw rice - 1/4 cup
 - Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
 - Green chillies - 3
 - Dry Red chillies - 6
 - Ginger - 1 small piece
 - Coconut shreds - 1 tablespoon
 - Curry leaves - few sprigs
 - Coriander - As needed
 - Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Salt - As needed
 - Oil - As needed
 
- Mix all the dals, sesame and rice together and rinse it well.
 - Soak it for 5 hours.
 - In a mixer jar, add the soaked dal and rice, then add Green chillies, Dry Red chillies, Ginger, Coconut shreds, Curry leaves, Salt and Asfoetida.
 - Grind them together and keep it for 8 hours in Refrigerator.
 - Then pour them into fine dosas and sprinkle some coriander and oil over it.
