MULTIGRAIN DOSA - How to make Multigrain Dosa

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:
  • Moong dal - 1/4 cup
  • Black Urad dal -  1/4 cup
  • Chana dal - 1/4 cup
  • Toor dal - 1/4 cup
  • Horse gram - 1/4 cup
  • Soya - 1/4 cup
  • White corn - 1/4 cup
  • Raw rice - 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Dry Red chillies - 6
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Coconut shreds - 1 tablespoon
  • Curry leaves - few sprigs
  • Coriander - As needed
  • Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - As needed
  • Oil - As needed
Method:
  1. Mix all the dals, sesame and rice together and rinse it well.
  2. Soak it for 5 hours.
  3. In a mixer jar, add the soaked dal and rice, then add Green chillies, Dry Red chillies, Ginger, Coconut shreds, Curry leaves, Salt and Asfoetida.
  4. Grind them together and keep it for 8 hours in Refrigerator.
  5. Then pour them into fine dosas and sprinkle some coriander and oil over it.
