Herbal Soup - How to make Herbal Soup
Servings : 2 people
Ingredients:
- Tulsi/Basil - 1/2 cup
 - Mint leaves - 1 cup
 - Coriander leaves - 1 cup
 - Betel leaves - 2 leaves
 - Curry leaves - 10 leaves
 - Oregano/Indian Borage - 2 leaves
 - Onion - 1
 - Garlic - 2 pods
 - Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
 - Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
 - Salt - As needed
 - Ghee - 2 teaspoon
 
Method:
- Clean all the leaves using by dipping it in water+vinegar(9:1) solution.
 - Heat a pan and melt the ghee in it.
 - Add chopped garlic,onion and fry it for 5 minutes.
 - Add all the leaves in it and cook it for 2 more minutes.
 - Now add 2 cups of water,pepper and salt.
 - Cook it well and remove those leaves.
 - Grind the leaves into a fine paste and filter it.
 - Add the paste back into the pan and add the lemon juice in it. Heat them for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.
 - Drizzle some cream on the top.
