CURRY LEAVES RICE - How to make Curry leaves rice
Servings: 3 people
Ingredients:
Curry leaves - 2 cups
Urad dal - 1.5 tablespoon
Bengal gram dal - 1.5 tablespoon
Dry Red chillies - 5
Asafoetida - 2 teaspoon
Tamarind - 1 small ball
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Gingelly oil - As needed
Salt - As needed
Method:
Heat a pan and dry roast Urad dal, Bengal gram dal and Curry leaves.
Cool them down and grind it into a fine powder along with Tamarind.
Again heat a pan and add oil
Splutter some mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram dal and curry leaves.
Add the rice into it and sprinkle the powder.
Mix them along and add some ghee into it.
